А тем, что в подтверждающем письме от ACS явно должен быть указан этот факт. Даже если профессия подразумевает сие, это ничего не значит. Так мне агент объяснил.

А что там у них про язык написано? Для быстрого процессинга по CSL надо еще и инглиш все семерки? Или я че то попутал?

циско - это ещё и просто локальная сеть. у них и то и то есть. а примерчиков на это заточенных нет случайно? )

циско - это ещё и просто локальная сеть. у них и то и то есть. а примерчиков на это заточенных нет случайно? )

И мне парочку примерчиков, пожалуйста! Хорошо бы по Linux так же.

PERMANENT migrants with the promise of a job or who possess critically needed skills will be given priority entry into Australia in an overhaul of the program.

Immigration Minister Chris Evans said yesterday there would be no cut to Australia's record high intake of skilled migrants, defying expectations the Government would move to cut the program in response to the global economic crisis.

Instead, Senator Evans has announced a retooling of the way the Immigration Department processes skilled migrants in an effort to make the system more responsive to businesses' needs.

The cap of 133,500 skilled migrants for 2008-09 will remain, although the minister says the option to cut the program will stay on the table.

Under the changes, announced in a ministerial statement yesterday, skilled migrants with a confirmed job will be placed at the top of the processing queue along with migrants with qualifications deemed to be at a critical shortage in Australia.

Currently the system operates on a first-come, first-served basis making it, in the words of Senator Evans, supply-driven, rather than demand-driven.

The list of about 60 critical skills will prioritise medical, IT, engineering and construction trades, Senator Evans said.

The occupations that state and territory governments can sponsor will be expanded to make the scheme more responsive to varying economic conditions across the country.

The changes are in part a response to the growth of the 457 temporary-skilled migrant program, which in recent years has been favoured by industry because of its relative flexibility.

They are also driven by concerns that too many skilled migrants are not working in their chosen fields.

Senator Evans said the existing arrangements had delivered a "less than optimal" mix of skills and occupations.

"In the last three years just five occupations, out of the hundreds available, accounted for almost half the visas granted to primary applicants," Senator Evans said.

The Opposition immigration spokeswoman Sharman Stone dismissed the changes as minor.

"What we've got is a ministerial non-statement, a statement of the status quo," Dr Stone said.

She said the changes would do little to augment Australia's skills base as most permanent skilled visas went to temporary migrants already working in Australia.

But yesterday's announcement represents a win for the business lobby who had urged the minister to hold his nerve and not cut the program despite the threat of rising unemployment.

Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry chief executive Peter Anderson applauded the changes, describing them as "measured and manageable".

"It reflects a sense of realism about the skills needs of Australian industry being supplemented by a targeted migration program," he said.

There had been "real anxiety" within the business community that Senator Evans would turn off the migration tap, following a series of statements by Kevin Rudd and the minister, Mr Anderson said.

Just last week, Senator Evans told The Australian a cut to the migration quota remained more likely than not.

Australian Industry Group chief Heather Ridout said the focus on medical, IT and construction skills would be welcomed by business.

"Industry will also be looking to increase its use of the Employer Nomination Scheme in response to the announcement and is hopeful that the promised fast tracking under the system will be delivered effectively," she said.

Все понимали, что в связи с финкризисом миграционная политика поменяется. Вот она и меняется.
Всё получиться, может не так быстро как хотелось бы, но получиться. Есть кто по 4-5 лет иммигрирует, то опыт зарабатывают, то язык учат... Так что просто надо уметь ждать и не зацикливаться на ожидании. Можно суетиться по региональным визам, если хочется быстрее.

И опыт зарабатывать, и язык "учить" я бы не прочь уже "на месте". Хотя, если бы у меня модл был, я может быть так же как и вы бы сейчас говорил. Обсуждать что-то, и советы "дельные" давать когда это тебя не касается, всегда проще. (Я это не применительно к вам говорю, а вообще.)
