Безработица растет, как быстро - не сказали. Зато сказали шо число обьявлений с вакансиями сократилось на 50%, правда не сказали с каким периодом сравнивают.

А кто как думает, 1-го июля будут какие-то позитивные изменения. Я имею в виду тех, кто не попал в приоритетные списки. Ведь время рассмотрения заявок они так и не огласили. Может, хотябы сроки огласят? Или невыгодно для них это - ставить себя в какие-то рамки?

Критическим Приоритетчикам начнут давать визы. Если число критических приоритетчиков окажется ниже числа виз, в чем я очень сомневаюсь, тада оставшиеся свободные визы начнут раздавать не критическим приоритетчика. Ну а дальше - на простых смертных без каких либо там листов вряд ли шо то останется.
Где то к сентябрю - октябрю так же начнут пересматривать сам критический лист - а именно его содержание.
Если Аноним до того времени досидится без работы, то врядли АйТишников с самым крутым образованием оставят в этом листе.
банкиров так же ждет такая участь , если Ау с какого то бодуна не начнет шагать семимильными шагами из кризиса.

THE economic outlook is looking slightly better, but it's still not great, according to a business survey released today.

The Dun and Bradstreet quarterly survey of business expectations says most of its indicators suggest a more positive outlook for the economy over coming months among business managers, but with one key indicator still heading downwards.

The survey's outlook for capital investment by business in the September quarter has fallen again from the current period, with a net 11 per cent of companies still expecting to reduce spending.

This is down one point from the previous Dun & Bradstreet survey for the June quarter, just ending.

While indicators of expected sales, profits and employment also are negative, the survey shows, they have improved from the current quarter.

In expected sales, the index is up 16 points to minus 32, with 15 per cent of executives expecting an increase in sales and 47 per cent a decrease.

The profits index is up 17 points to minus 40, with 13 per cent of executives expecting profits to rise and 53 per cent anticipating falls.

Expectations of employment are up two points to minus 24, with eight per cent expecting an increase in staff and 32 per cent a reduction.

But the expectations of capital investment spending are down one point to an index of minus 11, with six per cent of executives expecting an increase and 17 per cent expecting to cut spending.
Inventories expectations are down one point to minus 19, Dun & Bradstreet said.

The selling prices index is down 14 points to an index of 56, with 63 per cent of firms expecting to raise prices and seven per cent expecting to drop them.

The indices are the product of subtracting the proportion of executives expecting positive outcomes from those expecting negative outcomes.

Dun & Bradstreet chief executive officer Christine Christian said the data suggested that ``the road ahead will continue to be challenging for Australian businesses''.

"Recent data indicate that Australia has not entered a recession, however there are still major challenges ahead,'' Ms Christian said.

"The business outlook is being weighed down by declining capital investment expectations, two out of three firms expecting to raise prices and businesses still planning to cut back on staff.''

Dun & Bradstreet's economic consultant, Duncan Ironmonger, said the survey indicated that, after "a very bleak June quarter, there would be some improvement in the September quarter''.

"In July, there is an income tax cut and government infrastructure spending will have an increasing positive impact on jobs and incomes in the quarters to follow,'' Dr Ironmonger said.



UP to 35,000 Australians lost their jobs last month, but economists have started revising down expectations of unemployment reaching 10 per cent.

Instead, some are now saying it will peak at just over 7 per cent from its current 5.4 per cent.

Businesses should also have confidence to hire staff again after putting off decisions to boost payrolls in recent months, one economist said.

"Those businesses that made knee-jerk decisions to slash costs may now live to regret it," CommSec's Craig James said. "And that's especially the case when it comes to hiring staff."

Figures to be released by the Australian Bureau of Statistics on Thursday are expected to show a jump to about 5.7 per cent.

UBS economist Scott Haslem said: "We look for employment to drop (by) 35,000 and the unemployment rate to jump back up to 5.7 per cent in May after its decline in April.

"However, job ads could provide the first signs of stabilisation in the labour market, while consumer confidence and business conditions will also be key in assessing the outlook."

Others, such as CommBank's Michael Blythe, were expecting a rise in unemployment of about 20,000.

"Given the economy was barely growing at an annual 0.4 per cent in the first quarter - well shy of 3 per cent-plus growth average since the last recession in 1990-91 - this loss of momentum in labour markets is to be expected," Mr Blythe said.

"However, while the unemployment rate is likely to continue to climb in the next year or so ... we don't see the local unemployment rate breaching the 10 per cent mark as it did in the deep 1990-91 and 1982-83 recessions.

"We see unemployment lifting to a peak of over 7 per cent, but well shy of the double-figure mark some analysts are predicting."

Mr James said unemployment was still only modestly above the full employment figure of 5 per cent.

"Before the job market can improve, businesses must first see evidence of stronger spending and while that evidence has been emerging over the past month, it won't translate into job creation until later in 2009."

Сегодня утром Телевизер сказал что рост безработицы продолжается, ожидается рост до 8,5%, хотя раньше мне помнится прогноз был до 10%. Вот вам и позитиФФ!
