см. prospepective marriage checklist (у меня в формате pdf с immi.gov.au) -не знаю как на форум приатачить.
Про форму 886 не сказано, так как при подаче основного пакета документов она НЕ ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНА и запрашивается дополнительно. Может быть в нашем Посольстве сразу нужно и Татьяна мне сразу об этом сказала. Но на официальном сайте об этом ничего нет.

Certified copies of the passports or travel documents of all people included in your application.
Documents to prove your identity – a certified copy of your birth registration showing both parents’ names. If you do not have a birth certificate and are unable to get one, you must provide a certified copy of the identification pages of at least one of the following documents:

identification document issued by the government

document issued by a court that verifies your identity.

If you or anyone included in your application is or has been married, certified copies of the marriage certificate(s).

Про 80 мы тоже сначала не знали, мне моя офицер сказала когда дату интервью назначала!

а у нас экстрим... визу дали в сингапур без проблем сегодня отправляют ... а получим мы паспорта только в понедельник... а во вторник уже летим ранним утром... чегото этот экстрим не как не кончаеться ... как начался больше года назад так и все еще тут... ох!!!

там нужно указывать ваше вероисповедание, уровень английского.... но я считаю она не так важна, как форма 80, по которой, собственно, и идёт проверка

Млин, заставили меня своим же глазам не верить. У меня, действительно, был старый checklist, но и в новом все тоже самое есть! ..ок - по порядочку... Читаем ВНИМАТЕЛЬНО сайт!!!
Заходим на сайт - нажимаем checklist - в checklist в конце синеньким (то есть можно мышечкой на енто дело кликнуть ) выделено "Character and penal clearance requirements" - нажимаем, выходит новая страничка, на которой и красуется ссылочка на 80 форму - тоже выделена тем же самым синеньким - нажимаем - Алилуя! Вот она!!!

Конечно правда, ведь какой источник достоверный знает что у каждой дамы на уме. Вот у меня как раз 2 года идиллии истекатает, пора бы на родину за мужиком

Прям какие-то страшилки на ночь...

1."Каталожная"..хмммм..Я например, лично познакомилась со своим женихом, как и многие здесь
2. "Молчит и слушается" - а надо "орать и спорить"??
3. "Никаких конфликтов - семейная идиллия!" - вот как раз так обычно и бывает после нескончаемого ожидания и долгожданного воссоединения с любимыми.

А вообще, вы такую ссылочку взяли "поганенькую", с подвыпедвертом! Сайт alliance, кстати, очень не плохой и многосторонний. Да, иногда, читая их статьи диву даешся некой "статистике" взятой, лично мне, неизвестно откуда. Но тем не менее есть и довольно познавательное чтиво. Ведь действительно есть такие, кто выходит замуж из корысных побуждений -если бы таких не было, думаю, мы бы не сталкивались с такими барьерами в получении виз. Но, вряд ли такие "охотницы" будут сидеть на этом форуме, помогать другим и спорить с пеной у рта из-за того "нужна та или иная бумажечка или не нужна", просто для того, чтобы восстановить справедливость и помочь "новеньким".

Так что, спите спокойно, товарищь - мы уж точно попадем в те оставшиеся 20% !
