Сомнительная арифметика, говорят что 1/3 оценки дает письмо и 2/3 дает эссе. Большую роль играет эссе, так как по нему виден реальный уровень writing (умение анализировать ситуацию, аргументировать свои идеи).
А что письмо... Я пишу это письмо чтобы выразить мое неудовлетворение с уровнем сервиса который я получил пока покупал сковородку в вашем магазине. Мне сказали что сковорода будет турбированной а она оказалась термоядерной. Я не доволен, прошу фулл реимбарсемент. Добавьте пару тройку предложений от том, где вы именно купили сковороду и ваши контакты, вот и готово письмо.

Ну не всегда там так просто...
Надо тогда на 9 написать письмо)
Короче, во первых про письмо забывать не стоит, т.к. 1/3 оценки тоже играет роль, особенно если не хватает пол балла...
Во вторых все таки я думаю пол балла можно все таки добраться за счёт письма

To my knowledge, social networking has two distinct advantages. One of them pertains to communications. It is a well-known fact that the way most individuals communicate has changed dramatically with the advent of social networks ,suck as Facebook or Twitter. According to statistics, social networks have indeed become a vital part of many people's lives, and also enriched them. For instance, a number of people prefer to use their Facebook chat rather than their phones to communicate at work. The other positive aspect of social networks has to do with money. In my experience, after the emergence of social networking , people no longer have to spend money on phone calls, for it is completely free and almost instant to send a message to a colleague on Facebook. Therefore, individuals can establish strong colleague ties in the workplace by communicating more regularly.

Although, social networking might present a real challenge for some people who are not good enough with computers, I believe they should expand possibilities for communication on the internet and develop a deeper appreciation of new technologies and social networks. As a consequences, they will be able to find more friends and save some money.

All of this develop deeper appreciation of a technology for each of us in the modern world.

On the other hand, there are people who think, the World Wide Web fosters loosing a communication skills as a vital knowledge to interact with each other. Present time, they said, on-line conversation presents a challenge to a real talking. As an example of this negative aspects, we see a lot of single people in a plenty of megalopolises citizens. Likewise, emergence of many accounts for one person make possibility to live another life with other appearance and behavior, even though it is an unreal life. Virtual life can be enriched with the imagination whereas the real life is inactive.

With the advent of social networking, people can easily make friendly ties among those who share similar interests, activities or real-life connections. Social networking aim at fostering communication by enriching communication channels with tools like instant messaging and e-mail.

Не получается у меня складного рассказа, слова какие-то шипко сложные в этот раз.

The advent of computers brought many vital advantages to people’s lives. It is no doubt that the emergence of the Internet and social networking in particular enriched communication between people. Although social networks might present a challenge to a real life communication, they expand possibilities of it. If people do not develop deeper appreciation of contemporary technologies, than they might not be able to foster ties with their relatives and especially with their friends.

The 21st century is widely-known to be the age of communication and social networking.With the advent of these technologies our ways of communication with people have changed in a positive way. The emergence of such well-known web sites as, Facebook, Twitter and VK, made it possible to foster friendship with individuals from all of the world. As a result of this trend, many people are tied closely to each other now.According to the constantly growing time that an average user spends on social networking, some researchers have stated that these web services have become a vital part in some people's lives.

The use of social networks has tremendously expanded possibilities of sharing various information.Thank to various multimedia content on these web sites, a large amount of people have an opportunity to be enriched in knowledge about other people’s culture, and, therefore,many individuals have developed deeper appreciation of using web services.

In spite of this, looking for the necessary information on the Web may present a real challenge for a net newbie, and it could take a few days to find it.

лонг-дистанс - это когда как бы уже у людей отношения на расстоянии. А как тогда бы сказать, что обычные отношения, но расстояние для них не становится проблемой и они не становятся лонг-дистанс. Ну допустим, пара живет в одном городе, но потом на 3 мес. мужчина едет в командировку один. Как эти вот 3 мес. сказать - что интернет помогает сохранять отношения на расстоянии.(несмотря на что-ли использовать?)
