no Russian language or Russia as a country in Win 2000 Pro

I installed Win2000 Pro, but cannot install russian language.

Russia and R. language just do not exist in list of locations and list of languages!

In My computer - control panel I checked "Regional options" , "keyboard" - nothing about Russia! No Ukraine also.

I installed SP4, no different.

In past I used Win 2000 Pro but there was Russian language.

Only one different: I used didderent CD for installation. But prewios one, as I remember, also was English, not Russian wersion of Windows.

Does anybody know how fix it? Any path or like this?

I dowloaded one, but unfortunatly it is for XP. it does not wish to be installed on 2000.

I looked on i-net, cannot find MUI for Win 2000.

Does anybody know a place to download?
